Common questions

What brands do you work with?

We set up popular plug-in and battery-powered video doorbells and Wi-Fi cameras, including Ring, Google Nest, Blink, Arlo, and eufy. If you have a different brand, ask us and we'll let you know.

Do I need to buy the device first?

Usually, yes. Most customers buy their doorbell or cameras ahead of time. If you haven't picked one yet, tell us about your home when you reach out and we can help you choose what fits. Our guide to choosing a video doorbell for a Naples-area home is a good place to start.

How long does a setup take?

It depends on how many devices you have and your Wi-Fi. Most single-doorbell setups are done in one visit, including the app walkthrough. We'll give you an idea when we schedule your visit.

Do you offer monitoring?

No. We set up your devices so you get alerts and live video on your own phone. You stay in control of your account and your notifications.

I'm only here part of the year. Can you help while I'm away?

Yes. Our seasonal check-ins make sure your devices are online, charged, and sending alerts before you leave and while you're up north.
